Skewers is a kebab-serving food truck based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Two friends attending Utah State University, Kristopher King and Jaren Campbell, started the business in the Spring of 2019. They wanted to try out the business principles learned while attending school and couldn't think of a better way to get their hands dirty than running a food truck.
Here at this barbecue-style food truck, you can choose from a variety of meats, vegetables, and fruits. Our menu includes our specialty combinations, or you can get creative and make your own! With our online ordering system, getting lunch and dinner on your break is quick and easy.
